The Securities & Timeshare Owners Welfare Association (STOWA) is an organization dedicated to safeguarding the interests of timeshare owners in India. Originally established in 1999 as the Sterling Resorts Timeshare Owners Welfare Association, it was renamed in 2009 to broaden its scope to include investors in Securities of various Companies / Institutions.
To foster, guard and protect the rights and interests of all categories of Timeshare Owners who have invested in different categories of Timeshares, Products and Services marketed by M/s. Sterling Holiday Resorts (India) Ltd., and any other company or companies and organizations owning/ operating/ running/ managing timeshares or similar products, orchards, gardens, holiday activities and fostering and protecting the interests of investors in Securities/ Investments/ Financial Instruments/ Financial Services, including Shares in Companies.
